Our Works
Projects That Create Impact
We develop and support projects that make biodiversity tangible and understandable, especially for younger audiences. We support practical projects that help build curiosity and respect for the natural world, while partnering with credible experts to further protect ecosystems and wildlife. The focus is steady growth, strong partnerships, and lasting impact.
Animaux Project for Nature Renaissance
These 100% bio cotton toys were created to highlight and raise awareness of species and environments that require sustained attention and protection. Each animal tells a specific story and set of challenges that define our priorities as Nature Renaissance. They will soon be available for purchase at the Nature Renaissance Shop.
The Great Bustard
The Great Bustard is one of the heaviest birds of flight in the world. It inhabits open steppe and semi-desert landscapes across Eurasia.
Despite its size, it spends much of its time on the ground, relying on its strength and awareness to avoid danger.
However, its habitats are being impacted by agricultural expansion and human activity, making the preservation of these landscapes essential for its survival.
Quiet and highly cautious, the great bustard is rarely seen at close range, remaining closely tied to the rhythms of its environment.
Falcon
Falcons are some of the fastest birds on the planet, capable of reaching speeds over 300 km/h during a dive.
They can be found across almost every continent, they occupy a wide and impressive range of environments, from arctic regions to open landscapes, adapting to conditions with precision and strength.
Falcons may be best known for their strong vision and excellent instincts, returning year after year to the same nesting sites.
Their survival depends on the stability of these habitats, as well as the ecosystems that support their feeding and migration patterns.
The Albatross
Albatrosses are currently some of the most threatened bird groups in the world, with 15 of the 22 recognized species currently classified as threatened (Critically Endangered, Endangered, or Vulnerable) on the IUCN Red List.
Albatrosses are ground-nesting birds that create sophisticated cone shaped nests made from mud, grass, and other natural materials. They typically breed in dense colonies on remote islands such as Midway Atoll and South Georgia.
Marion Island, a South African territory in the subantarctic hosts important breeding populations of several species, including the Wandering (Diomedea exulans), Grey-headed, Light-mantled (Phoebetria palpebrata), and Sooty (P. fusca) albatrosses.
However, their populations face serious threats from invasive rodents that prey on vulnerable chicks and pose a significant risk to their long-term survival.
